Project overview
We managed and optimized a client’s website performance directly inside Google Search Console over 16 months. The goal was to grow organic visibility and traffic through continuous data-driven SEO work. We tracked every key metric in real time, fixed technical issues, and aligned content strategy with actual search data. The dashboard shows clear results across clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position.

Challenges
The website had low organic traffic and weak visibility in Google search results. Many pages were not properly indexed, CTR was low, and average position was poor. The client wanted measurable growth without paid ads. Manual tracking was time-consuming and earlier efforts delivered inconsistent results with frequent ranking drops.
Approach
We ran a complete technical audit in Google Search Console and resolved indexing, sitemap, and crawl errors. We performed targeted keyword research and optimized high-potential pages with improved titles, meta descriptions, and content. Regular monitoring let us catch rising queries and quick wins. We also strengthened internal linking and page speed for better authority and user experience.
Results
After 16 months the site reached 185K total clicks and 5.57M total impressions. Average CTR improved to 3.3% and average position reached 26.5. The performance graph shows steady upward growth in both clicks and impressions with clear seasonal peaks. The client now has strong, sustainable organic traffic that continues to grow every month without paid advertising.
